Your team

The Portfolio Management team is part of the Global Asset Management Application Delivery function and is dedicated to providing high class technology solutions to support our business. You will be part of a small cross functional team working in an agile fashion to deliver enhancements across our Fx, Equities and Fixed Income platforms. The platform technology stack used is Winforms/WPF, WCF and Oracle database.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:

- a proven track record in successfully building, releasing, and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems in a complex technology environment – preferably within a major Global Asset Manager or Investment Banking Group
- recent experience in the development of all tiers of an enterprise application: GUI (Win Forms/WPF), Services (WCF), relational database (SQL-Server or Oracle), messaging (TIBCO or MQ) and data integration
- awareness of on-going technology trends and their potential impact, as well as having an understanding of how best to leverage their benefits
- The ability to work directly with Portfolio Managers to demonstrate and refine the solutions you develop
- Experience of working in a Scrum or Kanban framework with User Stories as the primary method of requirements capture

- an excellent communicator, with a passion for cross group collaboration, being able to discover solutions to problems and objectively defend them, and propose design alternatives and articulate pros and cons.
