Within Multichannel Management & Digitization we define and drive the execution of the multi-channel strategy and the digital transformation of UBS Region Switzerland to become a leading multi-channel bank in Switzerland. The Core Banking team manages a wide range of various projects and provides analysis capability and subject matter expertise. We identify impacts and solutions for Wealth Management & Personal Banking and work on specifying business requirements.

Desired profile

Your experience and skills

You have:
• A higher education (degree from a University/ FH, preferably in Business Administration / Banking & Finance / Science / Legal), ideally in combination with IT experience
• 2-4 years relevant work experience in Project Management, preferably in a regulatory context in the financial services industry
• Thorough understanding of change management processes related to IT solutions
• Experience in business analysis for complex solution domains at the interface between business and IT

• A well-organized person with excellent communication ability
• Consensus driven yet assertive to lead projects to successful delivery
• Excellent in German and English both spoken and written
