Your team
You'll be working in Wealth Management Finance/CFO Team in Krakow (Zabierzow), with opportunities to travel to Switzerland at periodic intervals. Wealth Management is key to UBS overall profitability and hence high importance of this role within team.
As a Business Manager Chief of Staff CFO WM you will play a key role in driving financials and headcount, forecasting, budgeting and Operational Plan to support the business strategy and drive profitable growth.

Desired profile
Your experience and skills
You have:
• Min. 1-2 years of experience in the area of business and/or office management
• Very good written and spoken English
• Very strong knowledge of MS Excel skills and MS PowerPoint
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Very good communication skills and ability to work with various levels of stakeholders
• Proactive and self-motivated personality able to deliver high quality results in an efficient manner and under time pressure
• Ability to question the status-quo and strive for process improvements
• Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
• Excellent organizational skills
