Wealth Planning is the sector within Investment Products and Services which offers end-to-end advisory services and tailored product solutions for the complex financial needs of our private and corporate clients. With our expertise, we support our clients in achieving financial security, independence and long-term preservation of their assets.
The 'Wealth Planning Advisory Strategy' team is responsible for shaping the strategic agenda of IPS Wealth Planning and driving the transformation of the business in the light of a rapidly evolving industry landscape. This results in a variety of strategic projects such as developing new business concepts and pricing models, improving the client experience and enhancing the value chain, thereby contributing to the bank's high-priority digitalization strategy. Business Developer (100%)
In this role, you will be on top of the Wealth Planning strategic agenda. Together with your colleagues, you will actively shape the conceptual development and implementation of a strategic initiative redefining the future Wealth Planning target operating model. You will also be responsible for different projects from start to end and work closely with Client Advisors, Wealth Planning Specialists, our IT partners as well as Senior Management stakeholders.
Key responsibilities will include to:
• Create, negotiate and manage strategic business cases and budgets
• Proactively generate ideas for new solutions or for developments of existing offerings and lead conceptual discussions
• Take start-to-end responsibility on: evaluating project feasibility, defining business requirements, providing guidance during solution development, and driving training and marketing activities.
• Manage stakeholders at all levels and interface with IT partners on behalf of the business
We are looking for a dedicated and creative personality with strong project management skills, who likes to be engaged in an innovative and global environment.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:
• Several years of experience in strategy consulting or project management in the financial services industry
• University degree in economics, business administration, banking and finance, or equivalent education
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills at all levels
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with a forward-thinking, target-oriented, and pragmatic approach
• Very good organizational skills, with multi-tasking and team leading abilities
• Clear affinity towards commercial innovation projects
• Very good command of English and German
