Job description
UBS is a client-driven global financial services firm. In Switzerland, our business division Wealth Management & Swiss Bank provides a full range of banking services for individual and corporate clients.
Our Graduate Training Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You'll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with gifted professionals and gaining first-hand experience of how the business works. As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll receive an intensive education on the financial markets, UBS products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are an essential part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a fuller knowledge of the business. Beside all that, you'll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you'll get to know people from across UBS.There is currently an opening in the CEE-ME-A, (Central Eastern Europe
- Middle East-Africa) Desk which is responsible for Wealth Management Clients in those countries. It is part of the International Clients (BCCH) sector within WM Europe Intl. (BCCH). The team consists of Client Advisors & Supporters and is looking for a GTP who is motivated and looking to work in a client oriented environment.
Ideally you have some basic knowledge about financial markets and a passion for investments. You look forward to interact with various departments within the firm and have first contacts with clients. You enjoy administrative client related tasks as part of your role and are stress resistant in hectic times.
You task will primarily be:
- Assist the client advisors in their daily routine work to reach their ambitious targets and will become responsible for certain auxiliary tasks
- First contacts with clients mainly via e-mail and phone for administrative matters and to answer client’s requests
- Collaboration with UBS internal resources / specialists across the bankStart date: Q1 2016
Desired profile
Your profile:
• Master or Bachelor degree
• Ideally you already have some wealth management working experience
• Fluent in English; working knowledge in German
• Basic knowledge about financial markets and products
• Client and service oriented
• Self-driven, responsible, exact working qualities, efficient
• Preferably knowledge of UBS WM tools
