Job description

Our Investment Bank's Corporate Client Solutions (CCS) business provides coverage, advisory, capital markets and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions and sponsor clients.
Coverage and Advisory
Our Coverage and Advisory team (formerly the Investment Banking Department) provides merger and acquisition advice and execution for our clients, refinancings, spin-offs and other advisory services. Our Capital Markets Solutions team handles equity-capital raising, derivative products, risk management solutions, IPOs and debt-capital raising including investment grade and emerging market and high-yield bonds.
As a graduate on the CCS Coverage & Advisory team, you will be part of a business that provides integrated solutions in advisory, equity, debt and leveraged capital markets and financing. You will have the opportunity to be involved in and contribute to providing M&A advice and execution, refinancings, spinoffs, exchange offers, LBOs, JVs, takeover defense and other advisory services.
Debt Capital Markets
As an analyst/intern on the CCS Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team, you will be part of a business that provides integrated solutions. You will develop your expertise in debt-capital markets including investment grade and emerging market bonds, subordinated debt, hybrid capital and preferred stock as well as related fixed income and cross currency derivative products.
Equity Capital Markets
Equity Capital Markets (ECM) bridges the gap between an investment banking role and a sales/trading position by combining the analytical and quantitative nature of a banking role with the fast-paced and demanding environment of the trading floor. ECM includes public equity origination (initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and block trades), equity syndication, convertible product origination and execution, equity derivatives, equity private placements and corporate share repurchases.
As an analyst/intern in ECM you will work with corporate clients to identify their individual funding needs and determine the appropriate offering structure and execution strategy to maximize the issuer’s objectives across many different criteria including: equity valuation, market risk appetite, accretion/dilution, ratings/equity credit, use of proceeds, flexibility, size, and capitalization. You will develop your expertise in equity-capital raising, related derivative products and risk management solutions.

Make every future a success.
