Job Description
What you’ll do:
As a Technical Director – Level Design , you will play a key role in designing and optimizing technical tools and processes related to Level Design.

Define the technical direction for Level Design
·
Set up production pipelines in collaboration with technical and creative teams
·
Oversee and support project teams on technical aspects related to Level Design / World Building
·
Contribute to writing technical documentation, particularly regarding tools and pipelines used
·
Stay informed about new technical developments in the industry to anticipate changes and integrate them into projects
·
Act as the main technical point of contact for teams, ensuring smooth communication between departments

Qualifications
What we are looking for:
Key skills for this position
Technical:
·
Significant experience in technical Level Design
·
Proficiency with multiple game engines (e.g., Unreal) and their Level Design tools
·
In-depth knowledge of production pipelines and data management tools
·
Strong understanding of technical and artistic constraints in Level Design
·
Experience in performance optimization and technical debugging
·
Ability to write clear and accessible technical documentation

You understand project constraints and deliver within production timelines
·
You are proactive and autonomous, managing your responsibilities end-to-end without constant supervision
