In Ubisoft’s Administrative Department, you’ll join the Accounting and Audit team for the French subsidiaries. Reporting to the Accounting Director at Ubisoft’s international headquarters, you will work autonomously within your scope and support accounting teams.
More specifically, your responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring the fiscal compliance of account closures by reviewing financial results for French entities.
· Contributing to the validation of tax credits, including CIR, CIJV, and sponsorship-related credits.
· Overseeing the accuracy of corporate tax filings, local taxes (CFE, CVAE), and other specific taxes by supervising the filings prepared by accounting teams.
· Advising operational teams on VAT and withholding tax issues through VAT audits across various entities.
· Supporting and training accountants on tax compliance and awareness.
· Ensuring the reliability of audit trails.
· Assisting in the management of tax audits.
· Contributing to continuous improvement by proposing and implementing new processes, participating in various projects (such as IT or collaborating with the group’s tax experts), and ensuring ongoing tax monitoring.
Relevant experience
To succeed in this role, you have a strong background as a tax specialist.
Skills and knowledge
· You are an effective communicator, comfortable working in a diverse environment and as part of a team.
· You consider yourself organized and structured, with a strong sense of priorities.
· You are dynamic and proactive, bringing fresh ideas to the table.
· You have solid Excel skills and a good level of English.

Recruitment process
[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : in-person interview with the manager of the role and a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with the manager of the role and the Administration Director.
