Job Description

The Social Media Assistant plays a key role in the Social Engagement team within our Hub France – Marketing department. This team is responsible for managing and communicating on Ubisoft's social media channels for the entire game portfolio in France. This involves planning and creating content for TikTok, Instagram, X, and Facebook.

Social media management and coordination

·  Assistance with the daily implementation of the community schedule on our social media accounts dedicated to Ubisoft and games in France: organizing the calendar and scheduling local posts provided by global teams.     
·  Writing texts to accompany publications and translating English texts provided by the global team for the French market.     

 

Content creation & social media activations

·  Curation and creation of original content to feed the community schedule: text, images (using Photoshop) and/or videos (using Premiere and Capcut). This includes creating TikToks for the UbisoftFR account.     
·  Participation in the implementation of social media strategies on our networks for our various franchises, particularly on important pulse points for our games or social networks: participation in the development of a communication plan or digital activation, contests, creation of new formats adapted to the new requirements of social media platforms, etc.   
·  Participation in strategy development and community management during physical or digital events (eSports competitions, Ubisoft Forward-type conferences, activations for a game release, etc.): participation in upstream plan development, content capture (photos and videos) in the field, participation in live tweets, etc.      

 

Analysis, reporting, and monitoring

·  Produce monthly and/or bi-monthly reports on Facebook and TikTok: quantitative and qualitative analysis of Ubisoft account performance.
·  Continuous monitoring of trends, new tools, and social media usage, particularly on TikTok, and sharing insights with teams.

Qualifications

·  You are a student in higher education specializing in Communication or Business, and you want to put your knowledge of digital marketing into practice, particularly in the field of social media.   
·  You are creative and curious, and you are proficient in Photoshop. Proficiency in video creation tools such as Premiere and Capcut is a plus.    
·  You are rigorous, independent, and organized, and have good writing skills.   
·  You are able to speak English on a daily basis with our counterparts in other countries and are comfortable translating from English to French.   
·  You are a regular user of social media (TikTok is a plus).
·  You have a good knowledge of the video game world and a genuine interest in this market.      
·  Feel free to attach your portfolio to your application, showcasing your creative talent and favorite projects in a few pages!

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft?

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience!

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
