Job Description
This position is a fixed term short period of 6 months with a possibility for extension
As a Security Awareness Analyst at Ubisoft Montreal , you will join the Security and Risk Management team and contribute to building and sustaining a strong security culture across the organization. In this role, the Security Awareness Analyst creates clear, engaging, and visually compelling communications that help employees understand and adopt secure behaviors. By translating complex IT and security concepts into accessible content, you will support measurable progress toward the Security Awareness program’s objectives and key results.
What you’ll do
· Contribute to defining and executing security awareness objectives and key results for the fiscal year
· Develop and maintain an editorial and communication strategy aligned with Security and Risk Management priorities
· Create written and visual content such as articles, newsletters, and infographics.
· Partner with security subject matter experts and leaders to translate technical topics into clear employee-facing communications
· Manage and evolve security-related content on internal platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and the corporate intranet
· Coordinate and respond to security awareness communication requests across the organization
· Design engaging awareness initiatives that increase employee participation and adoption
· Track and report on program impact and engagement metrics to support continuous improvement
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
· Experience in business communication, project coordination , or instructional content development
· Ability to explain technical and security concepts in a clear and accessible way for non-technical audiences
· Strong written communication skills with attention to clarity, tone, and structure
· Solid visual communication skills , including creating infographics or digital communication assets
· Understanding of IT environments and core concepts such as networks, systems, and infrastructure
· Awareness of organizational culture and behaviour and how they influence learning and adoption
· Proficiency in English and French , both written and spoken
· Proactive and self-directed work style with the ability to manage multiple initiatives
· Curiosity and interest in learning new technologies, security topics, and communication methods
