The Resilience Security Coordinator will ensure compliance with Ubisoft’s global physical security standards, with a focus on physical access control systems, alarm response protocols, subcontractor-related security matters, and emergency preparedness measures. In addition to supporting the safety and security of our Pan-Canadian Studios and responding to daily physical security requests, the incumbent will also be responsible for a range of administrative tasks. These include maintaining accurate security documentation, managing access control databases, coordinating security-related communications, scheduling vendor visits, tracking incident reports, and supporting the preparation of audits and compliance reviews. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic studio environment.

*This role requires an on-site presence 5 days/week*

Mission

·  The main and routine tasks of the physical security coordinator are to:
·  Ensure that physical security processes and requests are efficiently carried out
·  Detect and analyze situations that could lead to physical security risks
·  Track and manage inventory of all physical security assets, such as surveillance cameras, badge printers, and networked security infrastructure
·  Conduct monthly audits of badge activity logs, equipment functionality, and incident response documentation
·  Perform physical inspections of critical security infrastructure to verify operational readiness
·  Monitor access trends and identify potential misuse or anomalies
·  Oversee emergency measure management
·  Maintain and regularly audit security-related databases, fire marshal rosters, and contractor credentials
·  Act as the primary liaison with CINTAS (or equivalent vendors) for life safety inspections and compliance coordination
·  Review and update the life safety compliance calendar on a monthly basis to ensure timely inspections and follow-ups
·  Generate and distribute weekly and monthly reports on ticket volumes, resolution times, compliance status, and incident trends
·  Collaborate with team members to enhance and document existing processes whenever required
·  Support internal training on prevention and threat awareness and emergency preparedness
·  Support with ensuring security budgets are respected
·  Support with broader resilience activities (Crisis Management and Business Continuity)
·  Carry out all other related tasks

Knowledge

·  Bilingualism (French-English, spoken and written)
·  Basic knowledge of the main sectors of IT security
·  Knowledge of the Genetec and the Entrapass Software
·  Knowledge of surveillance systems
·  Knowledge of the Building Code an asset
·  Microsoft Office Products

 

Training:

·  Technical IT certification is an asset.
·  ASIS PSP or equivalent certification an asset
·  ABCP certification is an asset
·  Relevant experience
·  Minimum 3 years’ experience in physical safety and project management
·  Demonstrated experience managing and auditing security databases
·  Experience generating detailed reports on security operations, including incident trends, compliance metrics, and service ticket resolution times
·  Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally services
