Job Description
As a receptionist at Ubi MTL, you’ll play a key role in daily client interactions and the management of the studio’s internal store.
What you’ll do
· Welcome visitors and answer phone calls.
· Serve and assist the internal store’s clientele with their requests.
· Participate in store management and inventory tasks.
· Assist with the reception, shipment, and distribution of merchandise.
· Distribute and retrieve material as needed.
· Manage the check-in and check-out of equipment and the shipment of parcels.
· Follow up with clients on completed tasks or services.
· Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
· Provide internal teams with requested information.
· Perform any other related tasks to support studio operations.
Qualifications
What you bring to the team
· Experience in a similar role or in a customer service position.
· Customer-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage priorities, work in a team, and take initiative.
· Physical fitness to lift and handle packages (for warehouse tasks).
· Proficiency in French, both spoken and written.
· Proficiency with Microsoft tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Basic knowledge of IT and electronic components (an asset).
· Interest in the gaming industry and production processes (an asset).

· Fixed schedule: 8 AM to 5 PM, every day at the studio.
· Full-time in the studio (not hybrid).
· Contract until December 23rd, with a start date as soon as possible.
