Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Producer in charge of your development, you will be in chagre of effectively managing the development team members. You will ensure progress and achievement of production's objectives, while maintaining a high level of commitment and motivation among team members.
Main responsibilities:
· Participate in defining project deliverables and risks
· Monitor deliverables with the Associate Producer and provide regular progress updates
· Assist team leads in implementing production plans
· Coordinate, delegate, and organize the work to be performed
· Propose action plans to address delays that may affect content, timelines, or quality
· Monitor and correct bugs (bug reports, priorities, etc.) by the team
· Monitor contractual relationships with external service providers
Qualifications
· Advanced knowledge of AAA game production process
· Analytical and problem-solving skills
· Proactive, dynamic, rigorous, and diplomatic
· Results-oriented and able to manage stress
· Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
· Excellent communication skills
· Strong written presentation skills and the ability to summarize
· Very good knowledge of production tracking tools (Jira, Teams, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.)
· Advanced proficiency in Excel Fluent written and spoken English
