Job Description

As part of the Ubisoft Global Publishing Media Strategy team, you will support the team in implementing and deploying effective digital media strategies. In this context, your tasks will be as follows:       

Participate in the creation and monitoring of Global Publishing media campaigns across the entire Ubisoft brand portfolio:      

·  Support the development of campaign strategies with Media Managers in order to achieve the strategic objectives predefined by the Brand teams.     
·  Understand and implement reverse schedules to best manage the deployment of campaigns within the allotted time frames.     
·  Make recommendations on assets (messages, formats, languages, etc.) for campaign needs to the Brand Marketing teams.     
·  Brief our internal and external partners on the implementation of campaigns.  
·  Define the ideal setup for our campaigns in order to achieve our objectives.     

 

Monitor and analyze campaign results with a view to optimization and improvement:     

·  Monitor the performance of ongoing campaigns on a daily basis.     
·  Propose achievable and viable optimizations to improve performance.     
·  Produce reports on our media campaigns.     
·  Propose various tests to refine the strategy.    

Qualifications

·  You are a student, ideally with some initial experience in similar roles.  
·  You are curious, independent, and proactive.     
·  You have technical knowledge of online media tools: Google Ads, Amazon Advertising, Facebook Business Manager, etc.  
·  You enjoy working with numbers and data, as well as project management.  
·  You are fluent in English (written and spoken).     
·  You are proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel and PowerPoint     
·  Nice to have : an understanding of the video game industry and the world of entertainment in general

·  Finally, an in-person interview will be organized during Marketing Day.

What can I expect during an internship or apprenticeship at Ubisoft? 

From your very first days, you will attend a Welcome Session introducing you to Ubisoft, its organisation and your working environment for the coming months. Your manager and your team will support you on a daily basis, both during your first few weeks and throughout your entire experience! 

Once you are autonomous, your tasks will be varied and give you a sense of responsibility, regardless of the type of contract. Working at Ubisoft means working on real projects on a day-to-day basis.  

A dedicated Teams group will also allow you to interact with other interns and apprentices.
