Ubisoft, a global leader in the video games and entertainment software industry, is currently seeking a Live Operations Planning Manager for its WW Sales Planning & Operations team. 

Reporting to the Associate Director, Live Planning & Operations, the Product Owner/Project Manager owns a critical planning tool (RAMP) & associated processes for Publishing & D2P teams.

Responsibilities  

Product Owner for RAMP
RAMP is Publishing’s transversal planning tool for digital activities on first party stores, used as a central source of information for various operational teams and processes.

Lead relationship with IT and partner teams for the tool maintenance and evolution.

·  Responsible for the tool development backlog and prioritization.
·  Engage in weekly meetings with IT to monitor the progress of tool development and participate in UAT testing to validate new features.

Point of contact for the tool integration within the Group ecosystem (eg: MDM, Release Planning,…) with other Product Owners.

Project Management on Live Operations & Planning

Planning/tool updates

·  Responsible for the daily tool updates to serve internal stakeholders purpose (Live Ops, Storefront Ops, Account Management)
·  Follow up on outstanding & pending planning & ops topic

Coordination & facilitation: owner of weekly digital operations forum (“RAMP” meeting)

·  Preparation of meeting support documentation and agenda with key contributors
·  Facilitate the meeting: lead the review of upcoming releases and events with a 30+ attendee audience for Publishing, D2P & Release Management
·  Synthesize and distribute weekly report and meeting notes

 

Take part in transversal topics within Live Planning & Operations team: creating synergies with other teams (e.g. Campus), improvement in tools accessibility (optimization of Sharepoint documentation,…).

·  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills  
·  Intermediate level project-management experience 
·  Detail- and process-oriented with very strong organizational skills 
·  Experience with collaboration tools like JIRA/Teams/SharePoint 
·  Demonstrated understanding of live game business operations 
·  Gaming experience on PC, console and streaming systems strongly preferred 
·  Experience with PC, console and streaming platforms a plus 
·  Gaming industry experience a plus  

Recruitment process

[30 minutes] : phone call with a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with the manager of the role and a Recruiter,
[60 minutes] : visio interview with another Manager of the Sales Team,
