Name of the job: Lead Data Manager
**Note**: Final Designation / Level will be decided based on the relevant experience and interview ratings
Responsibilities :-
· Setup processes that will help to streamline the build pipeline. Ensure robustness, reliability, efficiency and versatility in setting up build pipeline.
· Be up to date with the technology that is getting used on multiple projects and keep a close look at how it will be altered with build process.
· Play the role of technical lead for his team of Data Managers and Build & Release Engineers. (Code Review, Code Guideline, etc…)
· Anticipate automation needs, material resources and software related to project milestones.
· Organize sessions for sharing knowledge (eg, Round Table) and best practices with peers in the studio.
· Encourage reuse and sharing of existing tools among various projects.
· Responsible for taking technical decisions in the context of multi-site projects.
· Provide recommendations to the programming team on the architecture of the build system.
· In collaboration with other professions, recommend and improve the efficiency of release system and related pipelines.
· Perform other related duties.
Required skills:
• Bachelor's degree in software engineering or other related major.
• 3-5 Years of relevant experience.
• Experience with source control systems, like Perforce or SVN
• Good analytical skills and attentive to details
• Independent and Innovative
• Bilingual (Oral and Written)
• Master in scripting languages. (eg, Python, Perl)
• Master in Batch scripting.
• Good knowledge of C# and C ++ languages.
• Leadership quality to build a strong autonomous team.
