As a Lead Data Analyst, you will play a critical role in guiding strategic decision-making by providing insights from data. You’ll oversee a team of Data Analysts, Engineers and Scientists and collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver actionable recommendations to improve game development, player engagement, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
· Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
· Data Strategy : Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support game development and business operations.
· Analytics and Reporting : Design and deliver insightful dashboards, reports, and presentations for various stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision
· Collaboration : Work closely with game development teams, marketing, and other departments to identify opportunities for leveraging data.
· Data Quality and Governance : Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security by defining and enforcing governance standards.
· Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest analytics technologies and methodologies, incorporating them into the team's workflows.
· Experience : 8+ years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
· Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Technical Skills : Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
· Industry Knowledge : Experience in the gaming industry or a strong understanding of player analytics and game KPIs is a plus.
· Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills. Ability to translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences.
