Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Manager to lead our Product Management Cell, overseeing a team of Product Owners (POs) and Product Managers (PMs). This role is central to managing a diverse product portfolio, driving end-to-end product lifecycle execution, and ensuring strategic alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader with strong product, people, and process management capabilities who thrives in multicultural and cross-functional environments. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

·  Lead, coach, and mentor a team of ~4 Product Managers/Product Owners. 
·  Support development of team members, especially transitioning BAs to PO/PM roles. 
·  Manage a portfolio of ~10 digital products (subject to change). 
·  Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from exploration to retirement. 
·  Ensure alignment with stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. 
·  Define and manage product roadmaps and long-term strategies. 
·  Own product-related budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking. 
·  Ensure adherence to agile methodologies and standardized management processes. 
·  Act as the main point of contact for leadership, sponsors, and key stakeholders. 
·  Collaborate with Dev Teams, Exploration Lab Cells, and other cross-functional groups. 
·  Supervise day-to-day product operations including user management, support, live ops, and promotions. 
·  Facilitate user research and feedback loops to drive continuous improvement. 
·  Encourage a culture of curiosity and innovation within the team. 
·  Explore and evaluate emerging technologies and trends for product enhancement. 

Qualifications

·  Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor Product Managers and Product Owners;  
·  P roduct Management Expertise: Strong experience managing multiple digital products and portfolios, with full ownership of roadmaps, lifecycle, and strategy. 
·  Agile & Project Management: Deep understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe), with a track record of delivering value through iterative development. 
·  Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across diverse teams, cultures, and time zones, fostering alignment among technical and business stakeholders. 
·  Strategic Communication: Capable of translating product vision into clear, actionable plans and effectively engaging leadership, sponsors, and partners. 
·  Tech & Business Insight: Comfortable navigating both technical and business domains, evaluating emerging tech trends, and aligning product direction to business goals. 
·  Operational Oversight: Experience in managing product budgets, KPIs, governance processes, and day-to-day operations including user support and live product management.
