Job description

In Ukraine Ubisoft has two studios, Ubisoft Kiev and Ubisoft Odesa, which focus on strengthening Ubisoft's presence on all platforms, with the main expertize in PC. Ubisoft Kiev was established in 2008 and is one of the biggest GameDev studios in Ukraine that collaborated on blockbusters like Assassin's Creed®, Far Cry®, Steep®, Watch Dogs®, Trials®, Rainbow Six®, Ghost Recon ® and more. Ubisoft Odesa was opened in March 2018 and takes part in the development of Ubisoft’s world-known franchises.
Ubisoft is looking for the interior designer to work together with an architectural firm in the preparation of plans and specifications for a new building project.
Main responsibilities:
· Performs original design work using specifications, sketches and ideas on developing designs.
· Conducts preliminary studies of proposed projects to obtain information as to space and design requirements, obtaining measurements and making sketches preliminary to the preparation of drawing.
· Prepares scale drawing of details required.
· Assists in preparation of layout and draws preliminary sketch of project.
· Assists in compiling data for comprehensive facilities use and feasibility data to be used for planning, capital improvement and long-range planning.
· Assists in compiling data for architectural plans, meets with requesters to determine requirements of project, analyses space utilization effectiveness, working in close collaboration with an architectural firm.
· Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field and 1+ years of architectural experience
· Knowledge of architectural principles and techniques, legal requirements
· Knowledge of the methods and techniques of CAD design
· Portfolio will be a big plus
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Good oral and written communication in English
· Ability to multi-tasking
