Job Description
Be responsible for the balancing and their documents and tools for all game loop & progression systems (sources, sinks, tasks objectives & rewards, and monetization)
 
   Key responsibilities   
 
·  
Design and   balance core gameplay progression systems   (sources, sinks, quests, events, objectives, rewards, monetization)
 
·  
Build and refine   Excel tools and balancing simulators   for live adjustments and testing
 
·  
Drive the   configuration and implementation   of all game systems, working closely with the System design team, Creative Director and Live Ops Director
 
·  
Craft and maintain   detailed design documentation   and balancing pipelines
 
·  
Partner with the Live Ops Director to fine-tune monetization models and balance pacing
 
·  
Work with tech teams to   improve system configuration pipelines   and input validation flows
 
·  
Contribute to cross-functional gameplay and economy discussions to ensure   fun meets sustainability    
Qualifications
·  
Strong experience in   economic/system design    , with a shipped F2P title (ideally RPG or MMORPG)
 
·  
Deep understanding of   game loops, player psychology    , and the evolving F2P landscape
 
·  
Proficiency in numerical design and data modeling; mastery of Excel and balancing tools
 
·  
Analytical mindset with the ability to   pivot fast using live player data    
 
·  
Self-driven, curious, detail-oriented and highly collaborative
 
·  
Fluent in English

Background in economics, game design or systems simulation
 
·  
Experience with   Unreal Engine    
 
·  
Familiarity with mobile GaaS development cycles
