·  The Global Diversity, Inclusion & Accessibility team is currently hiring an apprentice starting September 2024 for the position of D&I Assistant. This position will report to the D&I Director Europe, Middle East, APAC. In this role you will contribute to Ubisoft’s D&I strategy and projects, with a focus on France.

Contribute to Diversity and Inclusion initiatives at Ubisoft in France

·  Support the D&I project managers on each of their themes: Gender Mix, LGBTQIA+, Disabilities, Origins, Intergenerational, etc. Tasks range from setting up action plans and developing internal and external programmes to organising conferences and document monitoring.
·  Carrying out - with the support of project managers - own initiatives on the above-mentioned themes.

Designing and deploying content and tools on the subjects of Diversity and Inclusion in France:

·  Contributing to and leading work meetings with the various stakeholders (Human Resources, Communications, etc.).
·  Building recommendations, writing and translating content, in collaboration with various Ubisoft teams, in order to integrate D&I issues into their practices.
·  Designing educational content and promoting the subject to a network of local champions.
·  Identifying D&I content to push on teams throughout the year - to keep abreast of social trends.

Finally, you will take part in the team's various continuous improvement projects (collaboration, communication, organisation).

·  You have good interpersonal skills, good organisational skills, you are rigorous and you know how to prioritise and juggle different files and numerous contacts. You also enjoy leading and facilitating meetings.
·  You have a strong taste for writing content (guides, communications, presentations).
·  A good level of French and English is essential, both in writing for the editorial aspect and in speaking to interact with our contacts.
·  You are curious and interested in diversity and inclusion issues, and keep an active watch on these subjects
