Job Description

As a Communication Analyst with a focus on Security Awareness at Ubisoft Montréal, you will contribute to the development and execution of security awareness initiatives that help reduce human-related security risks through education, communication, and engagement. Working in the Security Awareness Team, you’ll support training programs, communication strategies, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization.

 

What you’ll do

·  Contribute to the planning and execution of the Security Awareness Program roadmap and support assigned objectives and initiatives
·  Develop and maintain engaging  security awareness training content  for Ubisoft’s  learning management system
·  Create and execute communication plans aligned with  Security and Risk Management  priorities
·  Collaborate with  subject matter experts  and leadership teams to produce clear and accessible communications across multiple channels
·  Design engaging  visual communication materials , including infographics and awareness assets
·  Support initiatives that encourage positive  security behaviors  and employee engagement
·  Manage the Security and Risk Management team’s presence on internal communication platforms, including  SharePoint ,  Microsoft Teams , and the corporate intranet
·  Support operational activities related to the awareness program, including  phishing simulations  and information requests
·  Translate technical  security concepts  into content adapted for a wide range of audiences
·  Contribute to the evaluation and continuous improvement of awareness initiatives and training materials

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

·  Experience in  business communication ,  project coordination , or  instructional design
·  Understanding of  information technology  and  cybersecurity concepts
·  Ability to communicate technical information clearly to different audiences
·  Strong written and verbal communication skills
·  Experience creating engaging  visual communication content
·  Understanding of organizational culture and its impact on learning and collaboration
·  Ability to quickly learn new concepts, tools, and communication approaches
·  Collaborative and proactive approach to managing priorities and projects
