Job Description

We are seeking an App Store Business Specialist to join our team and help drive sustainable growth across our mobile game portfolio. Reporting to the Partnership Manager , you will be responsible for optimizing game visibility, acquisition, and revenue performance on major app stores.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership Management

·  Serve as the primary point of contact for app store partners regarding content roadmaps and promotional events.
·  Craft compelling pitches that highlight the value of updates and new releases.
·  Coordinate the entire pitching and event submission process, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
·  Maintain high-quality service and communication with app store teams on all live portfolio activities.
·  Act as the go-to expert for studios on store featuring requirements and best practices.
·  Build and manage a featuring roadmap to maximize organic visibility and game acquisition.
·  Facilitate regular alignment meetings with game studios and share insights across stakeholders.
·  Share updates on app store trends, tools, and innovations to support our player engagement and discovery.
·  Collaborate with internal teams to align production timelines with store featuring opportunities.

Featuring Analysis & Reporting

·  Monitor and analyze the performance of featuring campaigns across the Ubisoft mobile portfolio.
·  Deliver clear, actionable reports to studios and Mobile HQ with key learnings and next steps.
·  Create a monthly newsletter summarizing major featuring efforts, app store trends, and competitive analysis.
·  Ensure internal tools and processes effectively support analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

· 
Experience in marketing, partner management, or a related role within the gaming industry or mobile app ecosystem

· 
Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills

· 
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 , especially Excel and PowerPoint

· 
Exceptional writing skills for crafting high-quality pitches and presentations

· 
A strong team player who collaborates effectively with stakeholders at all levels

· 
Fluent in English (mandatory)

· 
Solid understanding of the mobile gaming ecosystem (preferred)

· 
A passion for games—especially mobile games —is a strong plus
