About the Role
As member of the Regional Operations team, you will be comfortable in an 'all hands on deck' environment, able to coordinate across multiple teams. We are seeking a sharp, personable, highly organised Regional Process Operations Coordinator to support driver-partners in cities around LatAm.
What you'll do
· Map, document and centralize processes and best practices for all of Latin America
· Audit and analyze processes to find improvement areas and efficiency opportunities
· Regularly contribute to the Regional team through various projects, experiments and innovation
· Research resources online and offline (LatAm city teams and other Regional teams) to align efforts and find areas of collaboration
