About the Role

 

As Uber grows to serve more than 150 cities in EMEA,  we are looking for an EMEA Regional Payments Coordinator to help us execute driver-partner payments centrally on a weekly basis.

 

The candidate will be required to improve business efficiency and minimize risk by designing and executing processes, projects, and running analysis driven by a deep and analytical understanding of our operations.

What You’ll Do

· 
Responsible for flawless execution of the partner payment processes across the region

· 
Monitor and improve KPIs: processing speed, error rate, partner satisfaction

· 
Centralize existing processes by operational flow changes and via automation

· 
Audit and minimize payment-related business risks
