You’ll be tasked with supporting recruiters and hiring managers to help build teams, ensure a positive candidate interview experience, and advocate for Uber and the Advacnced Technologies Group. This role will be the primary point of contact for all candidate logistics including scheduling needs, travel accomodatations, and hiring team support.

What You’ll Do

 

·  Manage scheduling for interviews and communicate all interview logistics with candidates and hiring teams.
·  Coordinate and manage candidate travel itineraries.
·  Facilitate onsite interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
·  Be knowledgeable about our business and act as a point of contact for candidate questions related to their interview experience.
·  Act as an Uber representative by helping to coordinate and attend recruiting and networking events, e-meetups, etc.
·  Team up with our Recruiting Operations team to improve upon and streamline existing programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
