About the Role

 

As the Facilities Coordinator you will handle multiple projects and daily activities, meet deadlines and develop plans on how to accomplish departmental and distribution goals for the Facilities Team. 

What You’ll Do

 

·  Support the day-to-day facilities operation in a dynamic environment with ever changing needs
·  Demonstrate an aptitude for physical facilities support tasks
·  Collaborative, flexible and teachable approach to the role and required duties
·  Provide significant attention to providing a high quality experience for all team members
·  Help build a high performing customer service organization
·  Have a “can do”, responsive and positive attitude
·  Demonstrate a willingness to perform tasks as assigned
·  Strong internal and external communication skills; oral, written and electronic
·  Ability to work independently or as a team
·  Working knowledge of basic office productivity suites and related computer equipment. (pc’s, laptops, printers, scanners, various business related web-based applications)
·  Awareness and basic familiarity with basic warehouse operation protocol
·  Capable of handling physical tasks which may require lifting of material up to 75 lbs
·  Inventory management using basic techniques and tools   
·  Shipping and receiving using the latest industry standard methods
·  Work with ATG procurement specialist to ensure ample supply of materials as required
·  Familiarity with basic power tools and their safe use
·  Flexible schedule that will include evenings, overnights and weekends as required by the business needs
·  Support basics courier tasks as required using various company owned vehicles
·  Obtain specialty equipment certifications as required to support business objects
