Twin Group are an award winning provider of education, travel, work experience and employment services based in Greenwich, London. Twin Employment and Training is one of the leading Welfare to Work Providers in the London area and also specialises in offering flexible training options to suit the needs of a wide range of learners.
We are currently recruiting for an Employment Advisor to work within our busy Employer Services Team in our Lewisham/Bromley office. The role includes working with customers to identify, source and successfully match them to employment, training and education opportunities, with the aim to supporting customers to secure sustainable employment.
You will be expected to:
- devise and deliver in work support for customers and employers to help sustain employment for at least 52 weeks
- Arrange interviews, recruitment days and build a portfolio of employers that will meet your customers with a view to employment
- deliver employment support, including job search guidance, motivational sessions and soft skill development
- maintain relations with stakeholders, subcontractors and local employers to maximise customers opportunity for finding work.
- provide excellent customer service to a wide client base
- work to strict targets and deadlines
You will need to display the following personal attributes:
- self-motivated, result orientated sales person with a record of delivering to targets
- strong desire to succeed
- resilience, ability to work under pressure
- excellent team player who contributes ideas for the success of the team
- strong communication and relationship building skills
- adaptable and flexible, with ability to cope with change
- client and candidate customer focused
- confident, able to use own initiative and manage own workload
You will have:
- previous sales experience, preferably within a recruitment or retail industry
- a proven track record of working with targets
- experience in face to face negotiating
- fluent written and verbal English (minimum GCSE English and Maths or equivalent)
- excellent customer service skills
- IT literate in Microsoft 2010
What we can offer you:
- £20,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience
- excellent career prospects
