Job description

This is an opportunity to join a national mandatory training company based between Gatwick and Crawley. They are an expanding and forward thinking company in a very buoyant marketplace. The role of Sales Team Member applies to the business of marketing and advertising of their services. You may have some experience in growing business from a single source, SME and corporate companies, if not they will gladly train you. You will have a strong desire to become the best and over achieve on targets set. You will have a professional approach to business, be able to understand strategic account management. Responsibilities: - Working to pre-planned sales campaigns, phoning and responding to specific enquiries. - Research companies and follow up marketing activity with initial calls. - Fact find the key decision makers to ascertain the employer’s training requirements. - To keep the company CRM system up to date and highlighting how they can grow further business. - To respond to incoming sales inquiries and convert them into actual sales. - To help and advise learners and potential buyers/learners with their choice of course and course options. - Maximise cross-sales and opportunities to market new courses to those who have completed or are near completion. You will be paid a basic (PAYE) gross salary of £15,500 per annum. This position is commission bearing and these terms will vary from time to time but be advised in writing by a member of the Board of Directors but a typical OTE salary being £38,000 per annum.
