Trainee Lettings Negotiator

Our client is one of the market leaders for London based estate agencies with a number of offices in South West London, who are currently looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their Richmond branch. Experience in sales is desirable but not essential, this role also comes with fantastic opportunities for progression.

• Arranging viewings
• Carrying out viewings in a professional manner
• Registering potential tenants
• Create new business opportunities
• Negotiating and closing offers
• Providing feedback to clients

Criteria for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ambitious and organised
• Experience in sales desirable but not essential
• Self motivated, hard working and emotionally intelligent
• Must have full UK driving licence

Package for the Trainee Lettings Negotiator

• £12-14k basic OTE £30k
• Company car or car allowance
