Job description
Reporting to the lead on Tourism SM Financial Planning & Analysis, the main purpose of this role is to provide support in the monitoring of business performance in a number of the Tourism Source Markets which has a combined turnover of c15billion Euros.
This role will provide support to the wider Financial Planning &Analysis process through supporting KPI reporting, Month End Management Accounts, general reporting, ad hoc query support and with the implementation of new COSO controls in newly created processes.
This role is part of the high profile FP&A function with output, following review, being delivered directly to Senior Management within our FTSE 100 Company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic graduate to join us for 3 months where you'll gain valuable experience within a Finance environment working for a large global organisation.
What you will be doing As a Financial Analyst you will assist the team with providing weekly and monthly KPI reports. In addition you would also support with preparing reports including New Media Reporting, Hotel Performance Tracking and Differentiated product and CSQ reporting. It's essential that you also have a high level of details ensuring integrity of published numbers.
We'll also look to you to help with the preparation of Month End Tourism SMs Management Accounts Packs and maintenance of all COSO documentation. In addition ad hoc analysis, query resolution and project work would also be required.

* Bright graduate with strong analytical skills and a good eye for details
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office IT packages with advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills
* The ability to work in an fast paced environment and manage tight deadlines
* Ability to communicate at all levels in the organisation including Senior Managers and with overseas personnel within all major source markets.
