Marketing Manager

£18,000 - £25,000

Based in Bristol with occasional travel to London office or for external meetings

The company:

This exciting and rapidly growing company is a well-established and highly regarded provider of prestige luxury serviced properties offering an enviable portfolio of apartments in Bristol and London.

Due to exceptional growth they are looking for a hands on commercially focussed marketing manager / executive to assist with driving revenue through increased bookings via a variety of marketing efforts.

The role:

Planning, developing and execution of B2B marketing campaigns
Creating marketing concepts from idea stage through to design and copy writing
Creating and updating web content
Being involved in events and supporting the associated PR and marketing efforts
Ensuring that all marketing efforts are on brand
Working closely with, and getting buy-in and involvement from the sales team
Keeping abreast of competitor activity and having a strong market awareness
Understand requirements of their target audience and ensuring that this is front of mind when developing campaigns
Ensuring that each marketing campaign has defined goals
Analysis of all marketing efforts in the company CRM

You will be:

Degree qualified preferably 2:1
Experience within marketing (preferably one - two years)
A passion for strong brands and the future of marketing
A solid working knowledge of modern day digital marketing functions
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Written and verbal communication skills of the highest calibre
Technology literate
