The position of Field marketing Executive will be within the Milwaukee business and will be part of our Graduate programme. Milwaukee is an industry leading manufacturer and marketer of heavy-duty, portable power tools and accessories for professional users worldwide. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for identifying and engaging large contractors within the construction industry for tools and accessories, the Field Marketing Executive team forms the fundamental relationship link to our larger end users and is a key component to the future success of the Milwaukee brand .

The position will involve both research, relationship development, and sales coordination. It will include responsibility for identifying business potential and engaging necessary departments to meet the requirements of each customer. The position will involve working individually with a regional set of customers, and in team situations for events both in the UK and around Europe supporting similar teams in other markets.

The role will involve close co-ordination between product management, marketing, sales teams, training departments and external distributors.

This graduate position will be just the first stepping stone on your journey through TTI. During your first 2 years you will also engage in an intensive training schedule, to develop both your product & brand knowledge and your personal skills to aid both this job and future positions. Once you have proved yourself in this position, opportunities will be available across all departments in both the UK and EMEA.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • University Degree (or equivalent) - preferably in business or marketing
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ambitious
  • European languages desirable but not essential
  • Clean driving license
  • Must be willing to work away from home some nights and weekends (agreed in advance)
  • Able to work as part of a fast moving and growing team
  • Self motivated and able to recognise new business opportunities
  • Willing to travel within the UK
