The Trainee Programme

Our Future Executive Development Programme is on offer to any high performing, motivated individual, who has the dedication, energy and hunger to succeed in an elite sales environment delivering a business critical service to the fast growing and innovative sector in the UK. You do not need any sales or commercial working experience, just the right attitude and dedication to succeed.

The successful candidates will begin their development programme with an intense training course to teach you the basic fundamentals of sales and recruitment. You will be taught how to use to a vast array of technical tools at your disposal. You will understand how to develop product knowledge, harvest relationships and spot and exploit business opportunities. You will map your markets and associate with similar, high performing trainees who have gone to have incredible lucrative careers successes stories.

Once you have developed your skills and shown all your outstanding attributes on the trainee programme you will be promoted to a full consultant at Triple Seven, where you will undertake a further skills enhancement programme, working with and shadowing one of our top, high performing consultants. Within 6 months of starting your training programme, you will be a highly tuned executive recruitment professional with £60k+ uncapped earning potential in the following 12 months.

• Basic to advanced level Business to Business sales training
• Negotiation training
• Customer Relationship Technical system training
• Market Mapping
• Headhunting Training, levels 1 and 2
• Interpersonal and stakeholder management training
• Exposure to a highly professional, international business environment
