Job description
A London based holding company is seeking an intern to help identify acquisition targets in the French market. We are seeking to acquire a small business with 1-5m Euros of EBITDA.
The intern will be asked to perform the following task:
• Review of confidential information books on potential acquisitions (10%)
• Industry and small business research (30%)
• Production of letters for targeted small businesses (50%)
• Participation in phone calls with investment bankers and small business owners (10%)
Desired profile
We seek an intern who is fully fluent in French, and has an interest in the finance industry.
