Transglobal Express is a fast growing international parcel delivery company. Excellent customer service is at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for a full time customer service advisor to join our team.
As a customer service advisor, you will be handling both inbound and outbound calls and emails and monitoring any queries in a proactive manner. We expect staff to be adaptable, approachable and multi-skilled as administration is also a requirement for this role.
Applicants will be self-motivated and driven to deliver excellent customer service, with a positive, can do attitude. You will need excellent communication skills and experience in a customer contact role would be preferable. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of customer issues, can work under pressure and is motivated, flexible and hard-working with the ability to work effectively alone, or in a team.
This is a busy office environment with a tight team of 40 staff.
45 minute lunch, 23 days holiday plus bank holidays. The role will be 40 hours a week between 8am-6.30pm and one Saturday morning every month.
