Junior SEO Executive

Job description

Traffic Optimiser is a young, dynamic, London-based company specializing in SEO and online marketing and we are growing rapidly. We are now recruiting for an enthusiastic English speaking SEO Executive.

The role would suit someone who is an excellent communicator, with first SEO experience.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
- Keyword research, mapping & categorisation
- On page optimisation and strategy
- Reporting and analysis
- Supporting in creating creative content strategies alongside other teams
- Managing client comms
- Managing of weekly deliverables and timings
- Working with various online marketing, IT and PR teams client based
- Supporting in larger-scale projects such as site migrations
- Preparing SEO best practices and marketing channels integration strategies
- Helping to train and support more junior members of the team
- Assisting in new business activities

Desired profile

Required Skills & Experience:
• At least one year of experience in SEO
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, must feel confident to participate in client calls
• Experience in or coursework related to marketing
• Have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Google Analytics or similar web analytics apps is a bonus
• Be technology literate (tech geeks are welcome)
• Be a fast learner with a good attitude
• Knowledge of SEO metrics and marketing definitions such as - Page Rank, CTR, etc.

Extensive experience in SEO is not necessary, as full training will be provided. However, it is good to have a basic knowledge of SEO as you will be tested on it during the interview stage.
