Temporary Marketing/eCommerce Assistant - Immediate start

We have a fantastic opportunity to join our busy eCommerce Team on a temporary basis working with the eCommerce Carrier Manager. This is a varied role and the eCommerce Assistant will be responsible for placing orders with suppliers, monitoring premium orders, reconciling invoices and maintaining a busy email inbox; dealing with queries promptly and reporting on any issues. It is essential that you have an aptitude for numbers and strong Excel skills as you will be producing Carrier analysis and reports. You will also be responsible for uploading Carrier information onto the website, user testing on our new website platform and assisting the eCommerce Carrier Manager with any other ad-hoc administrative requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a new graduate to gain some experience within a busy eCommerce environment.

The ideal candidate will have some previous office experience, good knowledge of the internet and be analytical with excellent written communication skills. The ability to work accurately with figures to produce complex Excel reports is essential. A logical thinker who can self motivate, with strong administration and MS Office skills who enjoys a busy and varied role. As you will be working with confidential information you must exercise discretion at all times.
