Job Description
Training (Local & Regional)
· Review and update in 4Q the content of programmes in training catalogue and training calendar to ensure its relevancy for following year and provide to HR Business Partner (HRBP)
· Work with HRBP to revise and improve training processes and policy and present to HRBP.
· Meet and follow up with HRBP in 1Q for list of training needs and nominees and roll out.
· Meet and conduct quarterly review with HRBP for updated training needs and update the training calendar
· Coordinate and scheduling training with Total Learning Solution (TLS) and external training vendors.
· Provide timely course update to HRBP
· Manage training requests, collate, and resolve scheduling conflicts.
· Manage training schedule and operations. These include preparation of training materials, liaising with external vendors on training preparation (catering, logistic, booking of venues, setting up, visa, hotel bookings etc..)
· Coordinate and liaise with employees on registration/enrollment and confirmation
· Manage and follow-up with employee and HRBP communications proactively and reactively.
· Manage at least six trainings a month
· Ensure IT equipment (projector, microphone, laptop, etc.) are in working condition prior to the start of the training session.
· Process and responsible for keeping accurate and proper records of training related document, reports and invoices for HRBP.
· Prepare procurement documents eg. vendor creation, purchase orders
· Follow up with HRBP (participants, TLS) the training effectiveness
· Consolidate feedback and analyze to improved training service
· Managing Singapore entities engagement
· Assist Training Manager in the administration of the company’s training needs
· Perform other duties as required/assigned by the immediate supervisor
· Record and update service log on a daily/monthly basis
Expat Management
· Administer all stages of the expatriate management cycle, including onboarding & departure procedure
· Process the appropriate passes before the arrival of the employee and their dependent and ensure renewal of Employment Pass and Dependent Pass 5 months before expiry, or the termination of passes are done on the given time frame by MOM
· Liaise and manage relationship with destination service providers, realtors, schools and/or third party suppliers
· Source temporary accommodation for expatriate and their family; coordinate with assistants for flight bookings
· Update knowledge of local laws to ensure adherence to such regulations (eg. foreign labour law, tax regulations, lease management, driving licenses requirement etc
· Be involved in support office safety, monitor general safety measures within office premises
· Proactively identify gaps in the existing expatriate management processes, propose and implement changes necessary to establish good HR practices
· Provide support such as launching company activities, events assigned from time to time
· Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions and related duties
· Support Visa/Long Term Visit Pass application with personal sponsorship under HR Business Partner.
· Record and update service log on a daily/monthly basis

Candidate profile
· Degree holder with minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience
· 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in L&D / Training
· Proficient level in both spoken and written English
· Well organised with strong communication skills (written, oral and listening) and critical thinking skills for diverse stakeholders engagement.
· Good in interpersonal relationship and ability to work independently
· Meticulous and possess positive work attitude with capability to manage multiple task & resolve issues.
· Demonstrate capability in managing change
