Job Description

The Total Trading Graduate Program is an exciting opportunity to step into the dynamic and volatile world of Trading. Here you will discover our Oil and Gas & Power trading business through a 2 year program comprising of four six-month rotational assignments.

About the Program
Recruitment opportunities for this program are available in Houston as well as in the Singapore and Geneva offices.
In the course of the two year program you could be assigned to the following business teams:
·  Middle Office (Financial Analysis)
·  Trading Operations
·  Market Analysis
·  Digital Lab
·  Trading Desk Your assignments will include an introductory training which will prepare you to directly participate in a project within the allocated departments. Each role will help you to better understand how combining expertise and dedication contributes to the success of our Trading organization. 

Support
You will be paired with a mentor and you will also have evaluations of your performance after each of your assignments. This will give you the opportunity to receive regular feedback and to give your input into the program.
During this time you will meet many of our colleagues from various departments allowing you to develop a supportive network of professionals.

This program is open to those who are completing an accredited master’s program (by the end of Summer 2020) related to the following fields of study:
