Jobomschrijving

·  Maintains and develops in collaboration with the Manager HSEQ  Benelux the QMS
·  Promotes actively the management of the dynamic parts of the QMS (quality objectives, process reviews, in- and external surveys, etc...)
·  Consultancy/ assistance to departments in their search for improving efficiency
·  Supports the process of periodical evaluation of the QMS on management and departmental level
·  Ensures sufficient knowledge of QMS and ISO 9001:2015 norm within the organization
·  Facilitates and promotes the use of various quality mgt tools within the organization. Actively looks for continuous improvement in this field.
·  Is responsible for coordination of the communication of the HSEQ department (in and external)
·  Executes and analyses (internal) surveys concerning the HSEQ department
·  Coordinates and follows up of the results of the Quality audits (both in- and external). Safeguards the network of internal auditors and ensures the contacts with external auditors
·  Coordinates and gives follow-up to the content of the HSEQ (long term)planning
·  Promotes preventive approach (including risk analysis-based) and continuous improvement.
·  If needed, represents TNL/HSEQ in user groups concerning tools and external organizations like NEN, …
·  Contributes to HSEQ synergies within Benelux context.
·  Plays an active role in the innovation process in TNL by giving support to the TNL Innovation Correspondent and representing de HSEQ department in this process.
