Job Description

Total Solar ambition is to develop in the next 5 years an international leadership
and profitable presence in the solar I&C market, aiming at 10 to 20% market share in the Middle East and other key selected markets.

Assist in monthly financial statements, forecast and annual budget process including NI analysis, Capex analysis, balance sheet and
recommend action.
Analyzeinvoicestoensurecorrectproducts/serviceswerereceivedatexpectedcost,liasewithaccountingdepartementtoensurethecorrectbookingofOpex&Capex
Track costs associated with a Solar project, vs budget and vs contract
Verify journal entries to ensure business transactions being recorded following accounting standards
Update and manage database with financial information and maintain confidentiality
Contribution to our projects to streamline the current reporting processes
Support numerous ad-hoc activities with intention of driving better processes throughout business
Support the payment processing team, cash management updates
Support in administrative tasks

Candidate profile

Finance or Business Administration field of study/ work experience is a plus
Looking for Bachelors or master degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field. A good understanding of accounting and financialprinciples and policies. Fluency in English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Applications & SAP
