Key Responsibilities
As a student assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with/in collaboration with Process, Flow Assurance and Chemistry Team (PFAC) with strong focus on providing high quality and commercially integrated advice to our internationally orientated business. The department consist of 10 people. We work closely together with the business and local departments in our area of operation. In the PFAC team, you will be provided with an in-depth insight into the everyday work life interfacing with a multitude of stakeholders. This is a way for you to turn theory from e.g. engineering design, data collection and communication etc. into practice.

Working hours will be approximately 15-20 weekly, with great flexibility in the planning.

You will be working with the Request for Modification (RFM) scope. Prior to modification, a Request for Modification (RFM) must be initiated. A modification of an existing facility is any temporary or permanent adaptation, alteration, removal, or addition of a function (equipment, software, etc.) that affects the initial design or operation of the units. These consist not only of physical modifications to the facilities but also reprogramming of process and safety control systems and set points, and reconfiguration of safety logic diagrams.

Overall, you will assist with a wide range of tasks including:

·  Check that RFM files are sufficiently documented and filled up in PRODOM system;
·  Ensure that the RFM initiation file is circulated to, and analyzed by the base disciplines, or at a specific meeting held with the relevant disciplines;
·  Coordinate and track RFM files until they are closed via PRODOM;
·  Circulate all the updated documents, particularly to the site manager, and archive the RFM file.

We are looking for a team player with the ability to build relationships and work constructively with others to achieve business goals.

Your background

·  Locally situated near Esbjerg;
·  Being enrolled in a Bachelor/Master program within the engineering field is a requirement;
·  Proficiency in oral and written English is a must;
·  Knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel.
