Job Description

The jobholder, under the authority of the Technical Manager, is accountable for:
                Quality:

·  The compliance of processes with quality standards.
·  The coordination and efficiency of Quality Management Systems of Special Fluids in the USA, with a focus on:
·  SOP management;
·  SALSA quality module;
·  Quality meetings in relation with Total Fluides.
·  The project management of the ISO 9001/2015 certification.  
                HSE:

·  Product safety and regulations of products sold by the Special Fluids Division of TSUSA.
·  The compliance with regulations and application standards.
·  Product Stewardship (with the support of AME Product Stewardship).
·  Reviewing and updating Safety Data Sheets.
·  Ensuring that domestic and international regulations are followed for movements by ground, air, water, and pipeline.  
The jobholder ensures:                                                                                                                             

·  The relationships and local coordination of actions initiated and followed up by Total Fluids H3SEQDD.
·  The compliance with US HSE regulation regarding the marketing of Special Fluids.
·  Participation in Crisis Management/Business Continuity Team.  

The select individual,l will respond to inquiries from the administration or clients regarding quality, safety and regulation of Special Fluides, in particular those made in Bayport and traded ones, sold in the USA or exported from the USA. Ensures in agreement and in cooperation withTotal Fluids H3SEQDD the coordination of topics relating to quality, safety and US regulation of Special Fluids.

Candidate profile

Education/Experience:

·  Bachelor's Degree and/or 5 years experience
·  Experience of quality management systems and certifications.
·  Experience of regulations of the petroleum industry.
·  Knowledge of product safety and regulatory affairs.
·  Ability to work in a complex matrix international regulatory environment.
·  Proficiency in technical aspects and ability to represent the business in the appropriate organizations.
·  Expertise and ability to defend his/her ideas, sometimes in a difficult context.
·  Rigorous working skills, pragmatism, confirmed and diversified operational experience, listening skills (internal and external customers, various actors of the business.)
