Are you interested in becoming a key player in the Inspection department? And would you like to work on optimization and improvement of Risk Based Inspection (RBI) Management systems? If yes is the answer, then this position with Total in Esbjerg might be your match!

Key Responsibilities
Overall, you have the responsibility of RBI Management process and database for Topside equipment, such as PSV’s, piping, pressure vessels and structures.  Furthermore, you will ensure significant improvements of Safety, Operating efficiency and costs required to match Group standards. Finally, you are responsible for propose and communicate the improvements needed to relevant actors.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

·  Custodian of the RBI Management system and its database;
·  Update the data in relation with new equipment arrival and / or new projects;
·  Provide advanced Risk Based Inspection analyzes and generate the required improvements to the inspection plans;
·  Ensure the inspection programs are optimized based on the RBI principles;
·  Organize and facilitates the RBI discussion meetings with key stakeholders;
·  Implement new RBI tools and methodology;
·  Identify bad actors and proposes improvements;
·  Assist and coaches the users of the RBI tools.
·  Ensure compliance with Total referential for inspections. 
·  Be focal for our FFS cases

Your background

·  Seasoned experience in the Oil & Gas Industry or Chemical Industry
·  Good knowledge on Inspection
·  Understanding of NDT methods
·  Knowledge of Risk Based Inspection methodology
·  Knowledge of SAP (CIMS)
·  Concise, structured and resilient mindset
·  A clear ability to manage the changes
·  A clear focus on Health, Safety and Environment
·  Proficiency in oral and written English
·  Involvement in and knowledge of Fitness-for services assessment cases is preferred but not a requirement

The inspection department is responsible for topside and subsea equipment such as Cranes, PSV, Flares, piping, pressure vessels, structure below and above water.
