Job Environment and Context 

TCNV does direct and indirect investment in start ups or funds to look for advanced business models and technologies for the Group's future. 

Objectives, Missions and Tasks 
·  Sector mapping and review: To perform analysis of targeted sector in order to build an in-depth market understanding and perspective, in order to develop deep knowledge of a sector and identify potential investment opportunities.
The sector review normally comprise aspects of analysis including technology, value chain, key players and competitive analysis, business models, economics and financial analyses.
·  Support of venture investment: Support the Asia platform during the full life cycle of venture investment: market research, sourcing, due diligence (sectorial, legal, commercial, financial, technical and compliance analysis, etc.), evaluating, supporting negotiations of equity participation , and preparing for TCNV’s Investment Committees.
For a successful investment, to conduct post-investment management.
·  Other on-going administrative support of the Asia platform: Communication, archiving, managing of the CRM system, daily intelligence scouting and other supporting activities.
