You have the opportunity to join Total Renewables to take up a new challenge and join the solar energy industry within the Total Group. We are looking for a talented, committed and entrepreneurial project finance analyst in internship for 6 months.

The Project Finance and Economics Team is responsible to (i) define the financing strategy for Total Solar’s projects, (ii) raise the required non-recourse debt to partly fund its developments, (iii) prepare and assess projects’ economics, and (iv) advise on equity strategies.

  Essential Duties and Responsibilities for a Project Finance Intern include the following tasks. Other duties may be assigned on a need basis.

·  Assist the team on marketing presentations for potential financing & equity partners 
·  Prepare and update banks and investors contacts list, banks profiles and comparative tables of financing offers
·  Support data room for solar projects, assist more senior members of the team on all other project finance related tasks (due diligence, loan documentation…)
·  Financial modeling of Renewables projects (Solar, Offshore Wind or Battery/Storage) to assess the projects’ economic profitability
·  Prepare internal committee presentation (financial statements, economic results for Total Solar, sensitivities) to senior management in relation to internal committees decision
·  Issuance and follow-up on bank guarantees Support the Credit analysis officer in the analysis of the creditworthiness of B2B clients
