HR Project Manager for Total Upstream Danmark
Do you possess strong Project Management skills and do you have solid experience in working with HR transformation, Organisational Change & Integration and do you wish to create value to the business through the HR function?
To further strengthen our HR delivery model we are looking for an HR Project Manager to drive key HR projects in Total Denmark. The position reports into the Head of Organisational Effectiveness working on projects for the full HR Organisation. This will be a challenging role with the commensurate opportunity for significant professional growth and development, based on performance.

Your key tasks and responsibilities
The role will be the key driver of our OneHR project looking into optimizing and transforming the way we do and think HR. Following the acquisition of Maersk Oil in 2018 we are on a path to make sure that HR delivers value to the business in the smartest way possible. This role is a great opportunity for a strong HR professional to play a central role in an international environment.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
· Project Manage our OneHR project
· Tying up the transition & integration scope within HR – securing integration activities are finalized and moved into business-as-usual state
· Drive HR transformation initiatives to develop HR for the future
· Secure collaboration and increase the alignment between Total E&P HQ HR in Paris and Total Denmark HR
· Adopt the LEAN methodology and apply in the simplification of the HR landscape
· Standardization of processes between locations
· Driving regional HR activity alignment

Your profile
The successful candidate will have solid experience with driving projects and initiatives within the HR function or cross functionally and be on top of trends and insights in the HR area.
Furthermore we expect you to:
· be a strong (HR) Project Manager or experience from consulting
· have proven experience of working with HR transformation and/or HR integration and a key desire to make an impact
· understand the global context and complexity of a corporate environment
· possess a ‘we’ before ‘I’ attitude and a one HR mind-set
· act as a strong enabler of collaboration across functions in the organization
· navigate successfully in multicultural environments. Our corporate language is English, which we expect you to master fluently both in speaking and writing.
