Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for recruitment of the positions
· Interface with branch/entity HR for manpower planning, hiring needs, vacancy requirement, etc.. Collect and submit the data to HD regularly.
· Collect and analysis the recruiting dashboard and make quarterly reports for the responsible affiliates;
· Conduct talent mapping in existing or new markets upon business needs;
· Manage recruitment channels like internal referral, recruitment agency, job board and linked-in etc.
· Manage the pre-on-board process together with affiliate HR.
· Support other team members about the location specific candidates when needed, incl. channels and whole interview process.
· Participate and be an important part in HR recruiting or branding programs / projects, including but not limited to initiation, design, organization, facilitation and wrap-up report.
· Participate in designing and organizing campus recruitment and graduate program when needed.
· Other jobs assigned by line manager.

Candidate profile
Qualifications/Experience required
· Bachelor or above degree in business management or relevant fields;
· Over 5-year HR experience in a multinational with three years specialized in recruitment;
· Strong interview and influence skills, experience of HR branding is preferred;
· Good command of oral and written English and Chinese;
· Good interpersonal and networking skills.
