Job Description
· Coordinate the global relocation of personnel and serve as central point of contact between relocating employee and outsourced vendors.
· Responsible for the administration, application, & maintenance of the TAS Global Mobility policy. Work with internal HR colleagues at HQ and TGI as well as participate in industry benchmarking studies to maintain competitive advantage and meet US compliance standards. Make recommendations to management re: exception requests and approvals.
· Consult with employees and coordinate pre-departure, post-arrival, repatriation, assignment counseling and related services.
· Maintain relationships with outsourced vendors providing immigration, tax, and relocation assistance. Regularly review & evaluate service levels. Participate in formal RFP processes to ensure competitive pricing and quality service.
· Work with immigration counsel to secure proper work visas, collect necessary documentation from business and employee.
· Work with tax provider to complete tax preparation and equalization process.
· Remain abreast of compliance issues and changes relating to US tax and immigration policies & regulations; consult with outside counsel, legal & tax departments to address policy changes or concerns.
· Liaise with Finance, Payroll, & Business Units for all international related financial reporting and budgeting processes
· Liaise with Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Business HR Managers in planning for long-term immigration needs and cross-border moves.
· Conduct large group presentations re: Company’s policies, procedures, and changes as they relate to global mobility programs.

Candidate profile
· 3+ years of HR experience (international scope preferred )
· Bachelor Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Communications, or related field
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Internet research, and HRIS applications (SAP experience preferred)
· Strong analytical & organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple cases and projects of moderate complexity
· Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal are required in order to effectively interface across all levels of the organization
· Should be self-motivated and able to dive into projects with limited direction, must be flexible and able to work in a constantly changing environment while maintaining a high-level of customer service & responsibility
· Candidate must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
